He's underage and his brother used limewire and downloaded the music himself, my friend recently got an iPod touch for his birthday, his family is having a rough time paying for the bills. His brother burned a CD for him with 1000 songs he downloaded them and has them on his iPod, will his account on itunes be banned when he signs in and makes an app purchase? Will he or his mother go to jail?
