Too many refunds in amazon.com?

Hi I been buying from amazon.com since a few years ago and I'm one of those few people that get broken things wrong items for example and I have notice that I have been receiving too many refunds lately and I would like to know if can amazon banned me for ever for too many refunds but not from them only from sellers that are NOT AMAZON them selfs. If they can can I just make a new account and keep buying from that site? I only buy I dont sell btw
