What website do I go to too find out when i'm approved to get my license (Illinois)?

I just finished my driver's education, behind the wheel section, and therefore am ready to get my license soon. However, my teacher told me that she would deliver the papers to the head of drivers education at my school, and then he had to send the information electronically to the DMV so they know I completed the behind the wheel section. She gave me a website where I could enter my information to check when the state has received the information and will allow me to take my driving test to get my license. However, the site has slipped my memory and I really need to figure out the name of the website so I can keep up to date on when I can go down to the DMV and get my license. I live in Illinois, more specifically Collinsville, Illinois if you need the information, zip code 62040 if that helps. I looked around on Cyber Drive Illinois, but couldn't locate it there. Anyway if anyone could point me to the correct website that would be great, also it would be nice if anyone could tell me usually how long it takes for the DMV to receive the information, as I would like to get a estimated date to when I can expect to go down to the DMV.
