What do you look for in a coffee shop?

Hardwood floors, preferably in an older building. A cool little stage up front, in the window. Good eats (scones, muffins, biscotti, brownies & such). Fresh-ground coffee, from a local roaster, of course. In short, everything that Starbucks is *not*.
