How to put a picture on to a SD memory card from a computer?

How do I put a picture from my computer on a SD memory card? I want to go to Kinko's or someplace to print this picture. So I think a SD card would be best, unless their copiers won't be able to find It off my SD card. I never have done this before and am wondering about It.
