What happens if I double pay my taxes electronically?

I went to the IRS website to get info about paying and e-filing my federal return. I thought I had to pay electronically separately, so I paid through one of the listed services first before submitting my fillable form. Only, the fillable form requires bank info for payment to be able to submit. So now I've made two payments. What will happen with the extra payment?
