Skin cancer is a big deal. Obesity is a huge deal costing billions of dollars and destroying the country's health. You need to pull your head out of the sand and stop listening to the radio like a good little Republican robot. You want the right to be a stupid idiot and kill yourself with transfats, cigarettes, and suntan lotion. Go ahead. But apparently if people can be trusted to do the right thing for themselves they would've done it already. There is no good reason to grease yourself and destroy your skin other than you don't know any better.
