For all foreclosed houses owned by Fannie Mae, they make all agents submit bids electronically on their website. Is a realtor allowed to submit a bid for herself (the purchaser's name and the agent's name would be the same)? Does Fannie Mae allow this? If so, would they pay the realtor a commission or not? If not, how much would the realtor need to pay his employing broker?
