He will put you in a major state of depression after a while which will turn into anxiety and then an ulster I went through the same scenario once, girl if you can run then run for your life if not talk to the people there who worked for this guy and ask a few question, remember when they are like that you never get a promotion, never a raise or anything they are dead end.
