How do I deal with this startup repair problem?

On day I opened my computer and clicked the on button but then it suddenly led me to a Startup repair...I waited since it took FOREVER but then finally when it was finished I clicked the cancel button and clicked finish. It shut my computer off. When I turned it back on IT WENT ON THERE AGAIN ...this time I clicked restart and then I kept doig as much diffrent kinds of trys...BUT this was my 21st try (as it said on the list) and they said there were no problems in it.... i need help please >.< Could you please give me step by step to stop this so I can get to my regular page..and i can't call the people to fix it and can;t go to someplace either since my parents are busy!
