I paid my ticket and did my traffi school,but certificate didnt get to court house ,now it s effected my ins c?

back in november i did my traffic school with trafficschooltogo.com,and they sent my certificate electronically,but it didnt get to court house,now my speed ticket is in my record,i need to get it clear,but who s fault is it,school says they sent it but court says they never got,please help me
