How to formally split share in a private corporation?

My partner and I incorporated a regular C corporation in Florida and would like to formally split the shares of the corporation (initially 100 @10 par value). We filed for the incorporation electronically so all we have now is a PDF showing the name of the company, address, officers, etc. Is it possible to make a document or for us to print share certificates ourselves and notarize them or something?
