Self check in facility?

My sister has been having problems for a few years, attempted suicide a few times, and has suicidal feelings. She always calls someone for help, and knows she shouldn't be alone during these times. But it's been years and it's getting worse. She gained a lot of weight, has chronic migraines and sleeps for 18 hours on and off all day. She has no desire to do anything, even to help herself! I don't know what to do. I live an hour away, so I can't just come by when she needs me. Is there someplace she can check herself into? Something that's not going to have a bunch of crazy people with psychotic disorders that will make it worse. She's 20, so she doesn't need our parents permission (she's still at home) she's also legally blind, so she has medicaid and SSI. please give me any advice!! Thanks!
